Most importantly, we never felt pressured to make a purchase, he never tried to hard-sell the vehicle, which we really appreciated. However, our experience took a turn when we sat down with the finance manager, Earl. We asked if he could match or beat the pre-approval rate we had from our bank, and his response was, “Why does it matter if you’re only taking out a small loan?” That comment caught us off guard, it felt dismissive and unprofessional, but we kept calm and just wanted to get through the process. Things only got worse when we declined the additional packages he offered, simply because we didn’t need them. After that, Earl’s body language and attitude noticeably shifted, it felt like we were no longer welcome. We were really disappointed with his behavior. If we had the option, we would have preferred to work with a different finance manager. Despite that, we’re happy with Xavier and the service he provided. More

I had a pleasant experience buying a Lexus NX350h and working with this dealership. I was greeted right away as I walked in with no appointment and then introduced by salesperson Xavier Andrade. Xavier was knowledgeable about this model, explained differences of RX350 and shared the available inventory. I test drove the car, discussed the features, plus this vehicle has the exterior and interior colors I preferred. Once we came to purchase terms, their dealership finance area help to package finalize purchase payment and other offers. Xavier had my new vehicle ready a few days later and even presented it with a big red bow! He spent a good deal of time going over any personalization and features so I could leave feeling comfortable with the “basics” and he offered for me to call him anytime with questions. Before I left, Xavier introduced me to a manager who personally thanked me for my business and again reiterated if I needed any help with the functions/settings to call or spend time with a tech. Plus promoted any other servicing. Overall I highly recommend this dealership and Xavier. Everything went smoothly and I love my new NX359h! More
