Let me start by saying that Scott has made me a believer that the car leasing process can be transparent, efficient, and enjoyable. I was coming close to the end of my 2018 X5 lease and I was fearing the that the car leasing process can be transparent, efficient, and enjoyable. I was coming close to the end of my 2018 X5 lease and I was fearing the moment when I needed to deal with sales people. I “met” Scott through email when I made an inquiry online and I have to say that I’ve been incredibly impressed with him every step of the way. There were no last minute surprises or hidden agendas and it is truly the first time that I’ve done the whole leasing process remotely either by email or phone….and this includes the process of ordering the X5 with exactly what I wanted. Additionally, he made sure that the day that I picked up my X5 was a special day! The car was waiting for me in a glass room with a personalized letter in a podium next to it. Of special note, I was there with my 7 y/o son and he made him feel extra special as well by gifting him toy BMW car models - super nice touch! The process to turn in my old X5 was so amazingly simple. One of his colleagues came out to inspect my car and the process was completed within a matter of minutes. In summary, if you are hesitant about car buying or leasing experience, go ahead and trust Scott!!! He will help you trust the process again! More
