We did not go in that day with the intention to buy a truck that day. As the process wound down, it seemed like everything was falling into place. We tried to ask about the financing a time or two, but that fell on deaf ears. We decided to guy the truck we liked, but their financing rate was way too high. We walked away. That night we called our bank and got a rate nearly half of theirs. We went back in the next morning and picked uo the truck at the agreed price and all went great. The after sale communication has been great and Will has made it clear that if we have any questions, we can reach out at any time. Thank you for the experience. More
