The first to your dealership turned our day around completely. We originally went to Jenkins Dodge in Homosassa to look at a different color Fox Factory Ram. But when they showed us the numbers it was completely. We originally went to Jenkins Dodge in Homosassa to look at a different color Fox Factory Ram. But when they showed us the numbers it was 28,000 more than the advertised price. So we walked out. My wife remembered you had one so we swung by to see. Salesman was super nice and polite from the time we walked in. Assured us that nothing like that would happen at Ferman. The truck my wife was interested in was on the showroom floor. She knew she liked how it drove just wasn’t sure how the color looked in the sun. He had a truck that color in for detail so he went and got it so she could see it outside. Super pleased with how we were treated. We live two and a half hours south of your dealership so we are glad it wasn’t a wasted trip. Will definitely look at Ferman first the next time we are looking to purchase again. After all papers were signed he also informed us due to the truck being on the showroom floor and everyone in and out of it the battery was dead. Instead of just jumping it and letting us be on our way he called the service manager who was off duty and he came in and put a new battery in it. Top notch crew at this location!!! More

I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him and the dealership. The dealer listed any fees upfront and was very open and honest about the costs. Other dealers that I have looked at purchasing vehicles from had hidden fees and nonnegotiable added dealer services that I did not want or need. Ex. Ceramic coatings & LoJack. Thank you for the smooth transaction! My wife is very happy with her Jeep! And that makes me happy as well! Tim More

I recently traded in my SUV for a vehicle with a third row and had been test-driving several options before visiting the Dodge dealership. When I arrived, I was greeted by Will, who was friendly and profe row and had been test-driving several options before visiting the Dodge dealership. When I arrived, I was greeted by Will, who was friendly and professional. I initially found a used Dodge Durango on the lot that I really liked, but I was unable to test drive it that day because I needed to return home to my children. Will followed up afterward and maintained communication without being pushy, which I appreciated. When I returned a few days later, the Durango I had originally been interested in had already been sold. I had done extensive research beforehand and knew exactly what I was looking for: a Durango with second-row bucket seats, 4rd row a specific color, and within a certain price range. I test drove another Durango on the lot with higher mileage, and Will was able to locate a vehicle that better matched my preferences at another dealership. The process was very smooth. Because I was leaving for a cruise the following day, most of the negotiation was handled via text message in advance. The process was easy considering the back and forth on pricing, and Will personally arranged to bring the vehicle to the dealership so it would be available for pickup that evening. When I arrived to complete the purchase, the process felt somewhat rushed as the dealership was nearing closing time. I did not have the opportunity to fully drive the vehicle until the paperwork process had already begun. While I understood the time constraints, I would have preferred to spend a bit more time evaluating the vehicle beforehand, as the seating position felt somewhat different from the Durango I had previously test driven. I have figured it out since purchasing. The finance portion of the transaction was excellent. The finance manager, was thorough, professional, and clear in explaining the documents. The paperwork process was efficient and straightforward, and at that point I was very happy with my purchase. However, when I was provided the keys to the vehicle, I was surprised to learn that only one key fob was included. This had not been disclosed earlier in the process. I expressed my concern, as this is information that would have been helpful to know ahead of time. Another staff member explained that some used vehicles are sold with only one key and that this policy is noted on the dealership’s website. It was an heated discussion and I did end up in tears. After discussing the situation, we agreed that the dealership would assist in providing an additional key fob. After returning from my cruise I contacted Will to ask about picking up the second key. At that time, I was informed that I would need to pay for it. When my husband followed up for clarification, we were told there was a negative review associated with the purchase and that it would need to be removed before the additional key fob would be provided. The issue, however, was that I had not written any review and was out of town. After requesting to see the review in question, it became clear that it was unrelated to my purchase and was connected to a different customer review involving a Dodge Ram. The manager later contacted me and apologized for the confusion, explaining that it had been a misunderstanding due to coincidental timing. That said, the idea of withholding a previously agreed-upon resolution while asking a customer to remove a review raises concerns. Using a product or service as leverage to have someone take down an honest review is not a practice that reflects well on customer service or transparency. While I am pleased with the vehicle itself and appreciated several aspects of the buying experience, the situation surrounding the key fob and the confusion over the review could have been handled with clearer communication and greater professionalism. I hope the dealership takes this feedback constructively and works to improve transparency and customer experience moving forward. More
