This car buying experience with Will was the BEST EVER!!! Unfortunately there was an issue with the driver door lock malfunctioning 3 weeks after I had taken delivery of my new car. Will and the dealership exceeded my expectations to resolve the problem. Will continued to follow up, making sure I was happy with my new car weeks after the problem was resolved. I love my Subaru Ascent Touring and cannot say enough good things about Will Eagling, He is professional, knowledgeable and committed to gold standard customer service. I recently visited Brandon Tomes Subaru with the hope of finding a new car, but my experience was not so great. Will Eagling was cocky right off the bat and just not approachable. From the start, it was cle finding a new car, but my experience was not so great. Will Eagling was cocky right off the bat and just not approachable. From the start, it was clear that Will was more interested in making a quick sale than actually helping me with the vehicle I was interested in. It felt like I was being pressured to make a decision rather than being helpful to find the right car for me. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. I left the dealership without purchasing a car and with a strong sense that my time had been wasted. I expected more professionalism and a genuine interest in helping customers, but sadly, that wasn't the case with Will. More
