I have been with Brandon Tomes Subaru since October 2017 and have enjoyed every moment of it! In my time off I enjoy spending time with my wife even if it's just running errands with her. I love some good Barbeque with friends and my dog by my side. My favorite sport is soccer and I love to watch any game that I can. I have loved working for Subaru and Brandon Tomes Subaru and I plan to get an Outback wilderness next!

Regrettably, your information is incorrect. I unlocked my credit reports at the dealership, and my credit was pulled six times—not merely attempted, but actual pulls. No one contacted me via phone, text, or email to explain anything. Moreover, I find it baffling that you couldn't secure an approval when another dealership used the same credit report and approved me at a 4% interest rate. Running someone's credit so many times without providing a reason for offering a 16% interest rate is inexcusable. It's also unprofessional to expect a customer to come to the dealership to sign documents without having the opportunity to review them beforehand. In my opinion, this was a strategy to sell a car for more than its value and charge an exorbitant interest rate. Additionally, your dealership attempted to run my credit again just this week. My credit is locked, and I receive notifications every time there's an attempt to access my credit report. Please cease and desist from attempting to access my credit.
