
I started working for Brandon Tomes Subaru in august 2022 as a lot porter. In October 2023 I made the switch to be in sales to help our extraordinary customers find their next vehicle. When I'm off I enjoy playing basketball, playing online games and finding new restaurants to try. I have an extensive collection of 30+ pairs of shoes and looking to build on my collection. I have not had a pleasant experience with this dealership. When we came to buy out our lease, we had called the dealership prior to figure out what we need to make the process smooth. We had also explicitly expressed that we would like to do an ACH and we were told that it was fine. When time came to sign the documents, the manager of the finance department said they will only accept wire transfer, cash and cashier’s check. I think it was a bit odd that William was not aware that these were their only payment options. So this leads me to believe that staff were not trained so they are able to provide accurate information to inquiries. When we expressed that to the finance manager, he responded in a way that seemed like he did not care that the people working for him are not aware of procedures in their department. So because of this mishap, we had to go back to the dealership twice. After submitting the payment, we had to ask for the sales paperwork before it was given to us. Furthermore, we spotted an error on the name and was told that it didn’t matter and that it was fine. We understand that this is a big dealership but that doesn’t mean they can’t provide good customer service. After this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this dealership to any family or friends. I don’t think I will be coming back to this dealership any time soon or ever, given this bad experience. I hope that going forward, this review would help the staff especially those in a managerial position to do better. More
