I had met Brittany Brown through Will Tucker at the Sales Department. When I met Ms. Brown at the Finance Department, I was expecting to be rushed. But Ms. Brown took her time and heard my concerns about fin Department. When I met Ms. Brown at the Finance Department, I was expecting to be rushed. But Ms. Brown took her time and heard my concerns about financing. She provided me with outstanding service, and I was pleased to have her as my auto finance person. She is pleasant, has a calm demeanor, and most of all, she is professional. I will recommend friends/family to her and, most definitely I will finance a car with her and Mr. Tucker will be my salesperson. They are the most wonderful people in this line of business to meet. Worked with Will, who has hooked up my family with a couple of cars in the past, and I couldn't recommend dealing with him enough. Came in with a very specific gameplan and budget, and he centered my en couple of cars in the past, and I couldn't recommend dealing with him enough. Came in with a very specific gameplan and budget, and he centered my entire purchasing experience around that. The rest of the staff were incredibly helpful as well, and I felt very much at home where I initially walked in very nervous about getting a slightly unfavorable deal. Everything, from the service to the look and feel of the showroom floor, was top-notch, and I wouldn't have wanted to take my business elsewhere. The whole experience was smooth, without the usual car salesman pressure and gimmicks that I expected going in. No one tried to get me to buy things I didn’t want or need. Will was a pleasure to deal with and the whole team was incredibly professional. One thing worth noting is the longevity of the staff. Will has been there a long time, and the salesman we bought our 2006 Odyssey from is still working there also. To me that says a lot about a dealership. More
