Upon my arrival at the dealership, I was ignored by two employees, there was no receptionist to assist me, so I had to ask the other two employees for help. I tried to voice my concerns/complaint to the GM, but have not received any reply as of today. On the other hand, the service department was very efficient when I took the truck there to correct a booster brake recall issue. More
