Hello, my name is Will Douglas. I started my career with O'Daniel Ford and Mitsubishi in August 2015, but joined the Porsche and Audi team in March 2017. I was born and raised on a farm in east Tennessee. I attended Milligan College and graduated with an Accounting degree. I am thankful for my wonderful wife Shannon (a Leo native) and our 6 children: Alex, Erica, Faith, Hope, Joy, and Eva Grace. I attend Central Church and my faith in God is very important to me. I enjoy spending time with my family and love watching them grow up. I care about my customers and want to provide them with a great experience and make sure they feel like family!

Brett, Will and Bryce we outstanding. Brett was easy to talk to, and I could tell he had our best interest at heart. His customer service was above and beyond our expectations. We have had continuous problems with this dealership and every car sales person is very rude with every encounter that we have had. They don’t listen and are very pushy. It has taken 3 months to get my titl every car sales person is very rude with every encounter that we have had. They don’t listen and are very pushy. It has taken 3 months to get my title in and are being very rude and demanding about bringing the dealer plate back when we haven’t even had it one week. Would not go back or recommend to anyone. Family members have had trouble with them years ago.. should’ve listen to them. More
