The team went above and beyond — they fixed a missing screw under my car, they filled my gas tank before I drove off and even sorted this dealership. The team went above and beyond — they fixed a missing screw under my car, they filled my gas tank before I drove off and even sorted out a missing sun visor that I had asked about, without any hassle. That kind of attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction really stood out to me. The only outstanding item is a back seat headrest that still needs to be fixed, which I'm currently waiting on. I'm confident they'll follow through on this too, given how responsive and accommodating they've been with everything else so far. I definitely have to give a shout out to Luis Parreno for providing customer excellence. He spearheaded my great customer experience! Very pleasant and selfless man.
