After 10 years with my truck I was reluctant to get into another vehicle and “deal with a dealership”. My family has bought their vehicles from here and recommended me there. We purchased our Honda Accord from Mark almost 7 years ago and it was a great vehicle! It brought our two kids home from the hospital but we've since outgrown it and in need of more space. We live in Gran ago and it was a great vehicle! It brought our two kids home from the hospital but we've since outgrown it and in need of more space. We live in Grand Rapids, MI and Mark looked for a van that fit our needs and budget for quite some time before I came down to make the trade. Mark & Will both worked to get us what we could afford, which was slim, and we are so grateful. I was blessed by my time at the car dealership, of all places. The trip was well worth it and we are so excited to adventure with our new ride (far more comfortably) as a family! Thank you, Mark and Will! More

My salesman Gabe was great to deal with and I would recommend dealing with him on buying a vehicle, he was very helpful and made the experience enjoyable but the sales manager ruined the experience whe recommend dealing with him on buying a vehicle, he was very helpful and made the experience enjoyable but the sales manager ruined the experience when I made an offer that was "too aggressive" at 30K just trying to feel out how much they'd be willing to drop the price and figured I'd get a counter offer that was reasonable discount on the vehicle while they could still make a profit but was met with refusal to budge on the price and even when I made my final offer of 36K (which was close to the original asking price and fees) due to his refusal to adjust the price and just wanting to get a deal done so I could get to the bank before they closed and get my wife's totaled out vehicle replaced before we had to return the rental vehicle and he had to increase the price by another couple hundred dollars which was insulting and just added to my frustration of the experience and my current situation so I would not recommend him or the used vehicle sales which is unfortunate because I'd hate to affect Gabe's business after his awesome service but I'll never send someone to be disrespected the way I was. More
