Wilder Hickman is the Service Manager at Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian and has over 17 years of automotive experience. Wilder grew up in Fredericksburg, VA, but his passion for cars prompted a move to Houston, TX to train as an automotive technician. Upon graduation, he was accepted into the Mercedes-Benz ELITE technician program and moved to Massachusetts for specialized training in MB vehicles and systems; he graduated as valedictorian. Wilder has leveraged his years of technical experience to bring top-tier customer service to our Service Department. Wilder’s interests are spending time with his wife and their animals.
