Wil has been with our dealership since 2015. He has served as a Sales and Leasing Consultant, F&I Manager and is currently our Pre-Owned Sales Manager. His passion for cars began when he was a child and he has found a home in the car business working at Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian. I was made to wait 4 1/2 hours at the dealership for a service B, without explanation. When I asked what took so long, the associate told me that the dealership was processing new inventory, which seemin service B, without explanation. I wanted to trade in my GLA for a GLC and contacted the team through email at first and after a slow start, I received great service from Will and GM Ryan! They really listened to me and what I was experi team through email at first and after a slow start, I received great service from Will and GM Ryan! They really listened to me and what I was experiencing and what i needed and found a way to help me get the perfect vehicle for the right price! I really appreciate how they took the time to help me get a beautiful vehicle!!! Will called me on his day off from the golf course to make sure this deal got done and GM Ryan took such great care of me and my husband when we got to the dealership. I can't forget John B, from the finance team who after he helped us with our paperwork, took the time to help us set up our apple car play, all our radio and electronic settings and went over a lot of my options and how they work. This team was wonderful and so kind and I appreciate all they did for us. They service didn't stop there, they are following up on a couple things with me to ensure I have the best experience ever and love my SUV. Thanks so much Will, Ryan, and John for everything! More
