I was made to wait 4 1/2 hours at the dealership for a service B, without explanation. I wanted to trade in my GLA for a GLC and contacted the team through email at first and after a slow start, I received great service from Will and GM Ryan! They really listened to me and what I was experiencing and what i needed and found a way to help me get the perfect vehicle for the right price! I really appreciate how they took the time to help me get a beautiful vehicle!!! Will called me on his day off from the golf course to make sure this deal got done and GM Ryan took such great care of me and my husband when we got to the dealership. I can't forget John B, from the finance team who after he helped us with our paperwork, took the time to help us set up our apple car play, all our radio and electronic settings and went over a lot of my options and how they work. This team was wonderful and so kind and I appreciate all they did for us.
