He even came and delivered our vehicle to our home. He set-up the garage door opener, as well as pairing our cell phones. He went over the features of the vehicle in great detail. When he left, we felt confident about using the features of our new vehicle. The dealership went above and beyond for us. I only wish I could give them 100 stars! We had purchased another brand vehicle at a different dealership, previously. We made an appointment for an oil change at this other dealership, They could not get us in for 2 weeks, we arrived 1/2 hour early for the service, we waited almost 2 hours only to find they had never even started working on our vehicle. We left without the oil change. We told the sales manager at the Honda dealership what had happened at this other dealership. Honda of Gainseville gave each of us a free lunch and changed our oil for free!!! We will be doing all our auto business at Honda of Gainseville!!! Kudos to everyone at Honda of Gainseville!!! They have treated my husband and me like VIP's!!! WE LOVE THE ENTIRE STAFF!!! Thanks again ,Honda of Gainseville!!! More

He spent the time explaining the two different models we were looking at during the buying experience. There was absolutely no pressure to make a decision on the spot to buy either car. He was willing to search for the perfect model and color of the car for us. Once we made the decision, James made sure I understood every aspect of the car before leaving the dealership. I greatly appreciate the amount of time and effort that went into this purchase. I would also like to thank Wes Bracewell, our service provider. He has worked with us for several years keeping our cars working great. Wes is one of the best. When we started discussing trading in our older accord, Wes started the listening process and began talking to us about some of the models out there for us to think about for the future.
