Concern of treatment of test drive and buying car with Wes G. The details were lacking, I felt less comfortable, and when asked to drive on highway I was given the impression it was out of his way. Car was dirty when I picked it up- gas tank, inside rails,trunk, moon roof- all dirty not detailed or cleaned. French fries in back with water bottle. Not the professional way I have been dealt with in working with other dealers. Disappointed in the service of sales, but enjoyed the car and not disappointed with car . Wes G was efficient with time- hurried me along and answered questions I asked. Finance dept was wonderful- really appreciated the advice and help I received there. More

After interacting with several dealerships in search of a specific vehicle for our needs, we found Wes to be direct and no-nonsense in the choice of our vehicle and financing options through delivery. The dealership's online posting of the vehicle we purchased was very accurate. There is a nationwide recall for repair work on the vehicle we purchased, Wes worked with the Service Department at the dealership and expedited the recall call work to facilitate our purchase. Observation of Wes's interactions with co-workers and other dealership staff was positive with a professional rapport. Ike handled our financing and efficiently explained the paperwork, we were in and out of his office in about 10 minutes with straightforward documentation and no last moment financial surprises. Our overall experience at the dealership was positive and respectful of our time. We absolutely would come back to this dealership and request to work specifically with Wes when in the market for another used or new vehicle. More
