I have been in the automotive industry all of my life, stemming back to my teenage years when my Father was within the industry selling vehicle's. I grew-up learning the ends and outs of the business and all throughout my highs-school years I served as an automotive detailer/delivery prep specialist. Genuinely a pleasant experience. Everybody I met who worked there was professional, courteous, and good-natured. My sales rep (Wes) was awesome. Concern of treatment of test drive and buying car with Wes G. The details were lacking, I felt less comfortable, and when asked to drive on highway I was given the impression it was out of his way. Car was dirty when I picked it up- gas tank, inside rails,trunk, moon roof- all dirty not detailed or cleaned. French fries in back with water bottle. Not the professional way I have been dealt with in working with other dealers. Disappointed in the service of sales, but enjoyed the car and not disappointed with car . Wes G was efficient with time- hurried me along and answered questions I asked. Finance dept was wonderful- really appreciated the advice and help I received there. More
