You are spending a bunch of bucks and counting on expert advice in an uncommon circumstance, with the expectation of selecting a vehicle that will serve you well for several years, at least. There can be tension, excitement, a degree of uncertainty as to whether you are getting the best deal possible, and a level of trust that must be placed in the persons handling the details of the purchase. We just leased our third Toyota in nine years from Cedar Rapids Toyota and in all three deals we worked with Alan Makabi. Alan is experienced, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and he anticipated questions tailoring the experience to fit our needs. We will go back to C.R. Toyota again for our next lease and we hope that Alan will still be there to help us with the experience. More
