My name is Wendy Nelson. I grew up in a small town, Deep River that has a population of about the size of our dealership. I graduated from High school in Montezuma. I then attended and graduated from the U of I. After I graduated I got a job selling cars at a dealership in Iowa City. Low and behold I ended up here at Cedar Rapids Toyota doing financing. It is hard to believe that I have worked for such a great co now for so many years. Not sure where all that time has gone. It doesn’t seem possible. The best part about going to work every day is that I truly love what I do and the people that I get to work with. Every customer is different and has different needs. Great experience! I could not find a vehicle with a tan interior after talking with 9 dealers. Spencer took the time to find one many miles away. We got a fair price I could not find a vehicle with a tan interior after talking with 9 dealers. Spencer took the time to find one many miles away. We got a fair price and had a great experience. Will come back even thought it is and hour and one half away. More

Love my used Venza! Justin Hess was my salesman and he did an awesome job. We texted back and forth frequently with new cars that had come on the lot. He knew what I was Justin Hess was my salesman and he did an awesome job. We texted back and forth frequently with new cars that had come on the lot. He knew what I was looking for and took every opportunity to make sure I knew what came in for trades. I think I test drove five cars and finally found the one I liked. He never got tired of my questions and answered them. If he didn't know the answer he found out. The sales team was friendly and curtious. I would highly recommend Justin to any of my friends. He has a bright future in the car business. More

Haven't looked at another dealer for years...and won't. This dealership continues to exceed my expectations of what the car buying experience should be. I almost feel like I could just hit a "buy" button a This dealership continues to exceed my expectations of what the car buying experience should be. I almost feel like I could just hit a "buy" button and everything would be done exactly the way I wanted and to my specifications. I know it's not quite that easy, but it feels that way. From sales, to finance, to the folks that walk you through your car after purchase, everyone is professional, knowledgable and courteous. They are not pushy! We just leased a 2016 Rav 4 and as always, it was a great feeling driving off their lot, knowing that they took care of me. More

Alan Makabi did an awesome job working with us and three years ago when we acquired our Corolla. I so enjoyed the Corolla now three years old and it was sort of hard to turn it in but we needed a bigger car with more safety features so got a Camry. Alan Makabi was so helpful and gave us several options until we found the one that would work. He was very focused and didn't give up on us when we had lots of questions and hesitation about making the change from a Corolla to a Camry. More
