The people at this dealership are AMAZING! After unfortunate experiences with dealerships in the area, my wife and I pulled in to CR Toyota and dealt with Spencer "T" Reed and Mike Leuenburger. After unfortunate experiences with dealerships in the area, my wife and I pulled in to CR Toyota and dealt with Spencer "T" Reed and Mike Leuenburger. Both of them were amazing and we felt like we were treated as if we knew them. We immediately felt at home and after a short hour negotiation, we had purchased a new car. I know this sounds made up, but it is not. We originally were shopping for Hondas at Randy Keuhl and we did not meet anyone or see any vehicles that impressed us at all. We felt at the end of our rope and Spencer T., Tim Steel and Mike L saved us from car buying depression. I hope they stay there for a long time because my family feels like we are finally in good hands when it comes to automotive purchases and service. Look up Spencer and meet Mike L. Terry is a great sales representative who had tremendous knowledge about the Toyota Tundra that we were looking at. He put absolutely no pressure on us to buy a vehicle. He showed us numerous features of the truck while we were looking at it, and spent a great deal of time with us after we purchased the vehicle to make sure we were set up properly as far as the garage door opener, Bluetooth telephone feature, etc. You have a great staff at CR Toyota and we will certainly recommend you to all our friends and family, and we will definitely come back when we need another vehicle.
