I was able to park near the front easily, which gives a good first impression that the customer is important. I didn't feel pressured at all during the sales process, and I honestly wasn't interested in purchasing a car today, just test drive. But Yousef and management behind the scenes really showed interested in my business, and made sure all my concerns and requests were addressed. I was impressed, and I hope the Toyota commitment I always hear about is as strong as they say. The one negative (and this goes for all dealerships, it seems), is how unreasonably long it takes between accepting a deal and leaving with the car. In this day and age of digital signatures and documents, the check out process should take 15 minutes. Instead, it's a 2+ hour ordeal and we ended up late to pick up our daughter from school. Car sales needs to enter the 21st century. More

Although I ended up purchasing a vehicle elsewhere I had a great experience working with Yousuf. The only reason I didn’t purchase the Camry we looked over was because I found a bmw at another dealership th a great experience working with Yousuf. The only reason I didn’t purchase the Camry we looked over was because I found a bmw at another dealership that had my heart. But Yousuf was very polite and followed up with me a few times in a tasteful and no suffocating manner to try and help me.
