Service was not what I had hoped for I wen to your dealership on January 30, 2016 to look at a Lexus RX 350. We were not expecting to purchase a car that day, so we did not have a checkb I wen to your dealership on January 30, 2016 to look at a Lexus RX 350. We were not expecting to purchase a car that day, so we did not have a checkbook or anything else on us. We did happen to fine one we like so we did decide to purchase it. That when the service went down hill. The salesman wanted the sale for his end of the month numbers, and wanted to drive the car off the lot that day even though we were not prepared to do so. It was also Saturday PM and the insurance company was closed. Even with this the salesman was sure we could get it done that day. Since we live in MA, we were not able to drive home to get our checkbook. We indicated that we wanted to put $15,000 down and we didn't want to finance over 36 months. So the salesman said to be back at 5, and we would complete everything. We finally met with the business manager after 530. The business manager had no idea we wanted to put anything down on the car and also said that since we wanted to use a debit card, since we didn't have our checkbook, there would be a 3% charge on any down payment over $4000. This did frustrate me since if I knew that before I wouldn't not have spent all day at your dealership wasting a day of there. The business manager also seemingly did not understand the difference between putting $15,000 down versus putting $4000 down as for the monthly payment. I felt like I was forced into something I did not want to do, and the whole time I was their to convenience Hoffman auto instead of vice versa. Then I find out that Hoffman can not find the title of my car. You were nice enough to provide a loaner to me, but it makes no sense that it takes over a week to find a title of a car you are selling????? To be fair there were some positives, the salesman seems to be a nice person and was knowledgeable about the vehicle. Also there were things out of Hoffman's control and I realize that as well. Also we did receive some prompt follow up from Sebastian when we called not knowing our salesman was in the hospital. However, overall I felt like a number and not a customer who was valued. More

EXCELLENT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE First and foremost I would like to say that my salesman was the very best (Woody Hammonds) he was very patient with me and very helpful whenever I ask First and foremost I would like to say that my salesman was the very best (Woody Hammonds) he was very patient with me and very helpful whenever I asked questions about the car that I was interested in. Woody was a perfect salesman I was not sure about the color vehicle i wanted to purchase and I changed my mind on color at least 3 different times and Woody was very patient then after I did the test drive and deceided on a color I did the paper work with Peter and he was absolutly the best. The bottom line is that I am very happy about my experience at Hoffman Lexus and very happy with the best salesmen in the car sales business. More

Great experience buying 2 new cars I purchased my last 2007 Lexus from Tom Ryan. I just traded in a 2012 Infinity that I bought from a different dealer. Working with Tom Ryan and Walt I purchased my last 2007 Lexus from Tom Ryan. I just traded in a 2012 Infinity that I bought from a different dealer. Working with Tom Ryan and Walter again reminded what it was like to enjoy buying a car. They were fair, cheaper than my local MA dealers, and had great inventory. Great service by the entire team.
