Forced to pay for CarRx for $995 car sales man stated it was mandatory every time I told him I didn’t want this product. Once we downloaded app no information was displayed called dealer and they gave me a was mandatory every time I told him I didn’t want this product. Once we downloaded app no information was displayed called dealer and they gave me a number to call CarRx. Once I called them they said no power to the unit and referred me back to dealer. Dealer set appointment to look at power unit. Upon arriving at dealer talked with sales manager who confirmed this was mandatory on every vehicle. He also stated they could take it off but we would not get the $995 back. This product is useless and a rip off of customers. More

Haley had me in and out within 3 hours with the vehicle I was in love with before stepping on the lot! She was very kind when explaining all the new bell & whistles on the vehicle and gave me her cell number was in love with before stepping on the lot! Dan Shaw in the sales tower gave me a great deal right off the bat and worked with me on my budget. Aaron Douglas was great in finance as he explained everything to me, even explaining some things twice! Lastly, Bobby Hall in service is always great and came and spoke with me before I left after scheduling my first service with him. I wish the women's bathroom was still painted black but other than that, truly exceptional service!! ;) More
