Great service I had a great experience. Aldo was very helpful and he cared about making sure I was taken care of. While I waited for my car that was in transit he w I had a great experience. Aldo was very helpful and he cared about making sure I was taken care of. While I waited for my car that was in transit he was always keeping me updated and willing to answer any questions I had. The manager was very kind. The finance manager was also very helpful, she answered a bunch of questions and was very patient. I really appreciated that especially because I look very young and sometimes people don't seem to value me as a customer. Everyone that helped me get into a new car was fantastic. More

Lazy and Rip-Off Igor Aranovskiy tried his best to sell me a completely checked out and clean used BMW they advertised on various websites. I'm from out of state, but Igor Aranovskiy tried his best to sell me a completely checked out and clean used BMW they advertised on various websites. I'm from out of state, but they told me they do such sales all the time. Dealership tried to charge $1155 for increased doc/Proc fees, some buried in a "Government Fees" line. Double charged me for Utah registration, but it took five days for them to find the errors, admit and correct them. That is on Duane Massa, the lazy and incompetent Sales Director. THEN Igor disclosed a defect on the door glass (thank you). I could not trust these people to risk flying in from Utah to see the car. Canceled the sale. Responding to the automated email invitation from the General Sales Manager (not written by him) confirmed my impression that this is the epitome of the type of dealership we all fear. I let Vladimir Keslin know of my concerns about how the dealership conducted this sale. POORLY WRITTEN IN ALL CAPS!, he dismissed my problems and defended his employees. Not all sales go like this, I know, but mine did. Be careful with these folks. More
