This is my third lease with Coral Springs Honda, both Sales and Service work hard to make sure you know all the features on your new lease; each time I visit I feel like I am their only priority…. Their only customer!!! Which we all know is not true, the dealership is always packed. The wait time for service is amazing you’re in and out! The staff makes sure you’re not thirsty or hungry while you wait. They set realistic expectations when you call to make an appointment so you’re not surprised by the wait time. Bathrooms are kept immaculate no matter what time of day it is. The accounting staff makes sure you understand what the documents are that you are signing and have patience when you ask questions. My sales men Eric was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to learn what my expectations and lifestyle was in order to show me car options that would meet my financial needs as well as the best fit for my personality and level of pleasure/work balance I would have when choosing my new lease.
