Vito was phenomenal. After visiting several Mercedes-Benz dealership, Mercedes Benz of Sudbury is hands-down the best. As soon as we entered the showroom we were met After visiting several Mercedes-Benz dealership, Mercedes Benz of Sudbury is hands-down the best. As soon as we entered the showroom we were met with a friendly and warm welcome from the Manager Niko. After describing to Vito what we were looking for. He brought out the perfect vehicle. Everyone was absolutely fantastic. There was zero buying pressure from the sales team. The entire process was seamless. Kolls from finance was extremely pleasant, polite, and cordial. Just a little background. It was our 35th wedding anniversary. The vehicle was present for my wife. We live in Rhode Island and could’ve purchased a vehicle closer to where we lived. ( we had several options of MB dealership along the way) However when we went to MB Sudbury we felt a sense of excellence, enough that we felt it was worth the 1.5 hour drive (twice.) We are extremely pleased with the service we received and the gorgeous GLC300 that we bought.
