Trade in value was very good and came to what I expected for my vehicle. I walked away feeling that I made an excellent purchase. Vito's ability to speak Spanish was also a great help. All members of this dealership are just super people. Very cordial and friendly staff. I actually sent them a friend who bought a Benz from them and she also found them to be pleasant to deal with. Will definitely recommend and buy my next MB from Mercedes of Natick !! Alex Zizza was very honest and knowledgeable...great person to deal with, he was the one to close the deal by giving me a reasonably good trade in-value. Francisco Robledo and Danny Kaboub were just the nicest guys....although I did not deal with them directly, they were always there when I visited to make sure I was being taken care of and helped. Just little things that make one feel like they are receiving VIP status any time they step in at Mercedes of Natick. More

Vito was in contact during the manufacturing of my car in Germany, it was registered and delivered to my home. We were welcomed by Vito Argote in such warm and professional way that it took him only a few moments to show us exactly what we wanted. In addition, he proposed us to deliver the unit in our home in Florida and to take care of the process of plates, registration and transport. In view of his kind, efficient and friendly approach, we decided to buy the unit to him. Few days later, we received the vehicle at our complete satisfaction and Vito called us several times to know if we were happy with our brand new car.
