I bought a used car from them and within months it needed $2400 worth of repairs. Oil leak, water pump leak and some other kind of leak. They had corrected a lot of things before I took the car, but they couldn’t see all those leaks? I never saw oil dripping on the driveway. So who knows what the heck was wrong with it. I was very disappointed because I loved that car. Nobody from the dealership offered to talk to me or help me know what needed to be done. I would call and never got a call back. I don’t think I’ll be going back. More

As I told the General Manager thru an email sent to me while I was in the process of looking at a vehicle, "Rather I purchased a vehicle or not, the way I was treated at the establishment speaks volumes o while I was in the process of looking at a vehicle, "Rather I purchased a vehicle or not, the way I was treated at the establishment speaks volumes of how wonderfully ran the dealership is". I really love their (clean ) establishment and the team I had the pleasure of working with on the EV6 Wind I eventually made a part of my family. The salesman Mr. Hill and Mr. Brown were very helpful, from the introduction video from Mr. Brown to Mr. Hill sitting in for Mr. Brown on his day off. Transparency is very important to me and the team went ove and beyond. There's nothing worse than trying to read someone and them beating around the bush when trying to earn one's business, Mr. Hill and one of the Manager's Mr. Barton were very straight forward in presenting me different scenarios regarding the trade of my 2023 Ioniq 5 SE that could benefit me in taking ownership of the EV6 Wind. In the end, we all came to a happy median and I walked away with my leasing the EV6 Wind with the trade in of my Hyundai Ioniq 5 SE. Although I didn't get to meet the service department this time, I have had a previous vehicle serviced here and the service team was awesome and funny. Loved their positive vibes and how they interact with the customer. Very classy establishment and General Manager Brandon Mitchell should be very proud of the team he has at Lawton Kia. More

I have taken my car back twice and tomorrow it's going back because for some reason they can't fix the shaking on the front of my car. I am tired of going through this because KIA has had my car longer t back because for some reason they can't fix the shaking on the front of my car.
