I was pressed for time to get to another appt. I asked the service writer if I could be out by 11:30 and he got me out by 11:35. Ive purchased 7 vehicles from Heiser and have always had all the service a the service writer if I could be out by 11:30 and he got me out by 11:35. Closer to my home. Convenient to reach. But the service was not done completely.
