Am a loyal Campbell service customer, but it’s a struggle to get through to service via the phone. When my vehicle is in for service, it can be very difficult to speak to someone to get an update. Service dept is always rude when I call they say hello hello hello very rude. They act like they can't hear the call on multiple attempts and different months apart . Wanted to schedule me out 6 wks for an alignment an said I had to drop it off it would take all day ! I called Jordan Ford they scheduled me when I wanted to come in ( the next week) an it took 1 hour. I will never come back to Campbell Ford More
