I was at another dealership reading reviews, while waiting on the salesman to come back. Sam Pack Ford Carrollton reviews are spot on. I looked at salesman’s reviews and chose two. David Baldovin was waiting on the salesman to come back. Sam Pack Ford Carrollton reviews are spot on. I looked at salesman’s reviews and chose two. David Baldovin was just retuning from lunch and did not hesitate to help us. No gimmicks, no typical car sales pitch, no BS. David is an easy guy to talk too. We had a few questions he wasn’t sure on and got an answer for us. I will also say this dealership is not jacking the price up on sales because of COVID demand delays. Talked to another customer and the same thing happened to him. Previous dealership was inflating the price due to demand. We reached a fair deal for our expedition. Our expedition had 3,000 miles on it. After three days we found one of the door locks did not work. Dropped by and they said “That’s on us, we should have found that we are so sorry”. They asked if we had time to spare and wanted to fix it. I did meet manager Reuben Krause. Very nice guy and really cared that we had a great experience buying our vehicle. Finance Tommy Ly was through. I will say it was late and all of us were probably tiered. Tommy never missed a beat. I would only suggest to anyone reading this. Take your time through this process, it can be confusing. The values presented when negotiating the cost are presented a different way at financing. I would not hesitate to come back here. More

This started a few days before Feb 18, 2021. My car was repaired for Lights coming on my dashboard ABS light was on and traction Control and gas cap sensor. Because of Covid and health issues they picked m repaired for Lights coming on my dashboard ABS light was on and traction Control and gas cap sensor. Because of Covid and health issues they picked my car up from my house but after they completed the repairs and I paid the deductible for my warranty they were waiting for me to pick up my car. I had to remind Vincent that they needed to bring my car to my home and I needed it by Feb 24th for my 8 am covid shot appointment. Needless to say I received my car late the morning of my appointment which made me over 2 hours late arriving to the Texas Motor Speedway. Once my car was returned I got in it to drive to TMS and all the lights were on ON my dashboard. WHY WOULD A DRIVER RETURN A CAR WITH ALL THE LIGHTS ON. The driver didn't have enough sense to contact Vincent when leaving to say hey the lights are on should I bring it back to the shop. But no he drove it to my house and thank heavens the car didn't die on me. So my car was returned for the second time they gave me a loaner car which I reluctantly had to go get. I unexpectedly had to leave town for a family emergency and contacted by Vincent that my warranty wouldn't cover the work. He ran the invoice through the 5 Star Ford system that indicated it was not covered. I contacted the Ford extended warranty and laughing said you mean I'm paying for the Premium Warranty and it doesn't cover these repairs? The warranty guy checked the system and said no one other than myself had called about the warranty on my car. Because I called the warranty department to tell them the issue before taking it in. Vincent said he wasn't aware he needed to call them directly for getting the invoice approved for payment. I was very nice to have a neighbor let Five Star Ford in my garage after they completed the service to get their loaner car and drive my car into my garage. Now after returning home weeks later my car makes noise as I try to put it in any gear. AND sounds even worst. Every time my car is returned it is worst than when I took it in. So at this point I have paid 2 DEDUCTIBLES TO HAVE MY CAR SERVICE. How can they return a car again with MORE problems than it had originally. They definitely have issues with the service department and Travis the service supervisor is worthless in getting things straight. While out of town I was to pay my deductible but was charged over $1100 to my credit card and not the deductible I was required to pay. I called my credit card and had them reversed that charge and then 2 days later Five Star Ford accounting folks charged my card again. I instructed Travis Doyle not to contact me until he got the situation under control. So now I'm trying to find out how to get my car repaired their while I really want to take it to Park Cities Ford but it further away and I need Five Star Ford to fix all the issues they have caused to my car without me paying ANYTHING ADDITIONAL. More

Aaron Guerra was respectfully curious and receptive to my needs. He was able to explain the features of the 2020 Ford Fusion in great detail. Vince was amazing - showed exemplary customer service! I was in town from Houston and had an issue with my 2016 Ford F150. I took it to Vince thinking my extended warranty would cover the repair costs sinc I was in town from Houston and had an issue with my 2016 Ford F150. I took it to Vince thinking my extended warranty would cover the repair costs since we are in 2020. When my extended warranty didn't (not surprising), rather than simply charging me for the repairs, Vince went out of his way to research the actual dates that the factory warranty took effect on my truck and it turned out to be covered by the Ford factory warranty; thus saving me lots of money! He could have taken the simple route and charged me, but Vince displayed professional courtesy and did what was best for me, the customer. I make several trips up to the Dallas area and it is nice to know I have someone trustworthy that will look out for my best interest to take my truck to if I have to. Thanks again, Vince! More

AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I was first introduced to Sam Pack Ford Carrollton through Jerry Reynolds the Car Pro guy! I typically hate the car buying experience but fom the fir I was first introduced to Sam Pack Ford Carrollton through Jerry Reynolds the Car Pro guy! I typically hate the car buying experience but fom the first time I walked through the door of this dealership things were different!! My sales professionals were Christopher Krause and his brother Reuben ( they are part of the “Car Pro” certified team ). I was trying to decide between an Audi Q7 and the new Platinum Expedition. I had been to Sewell and was really impressed with their customer service so I was expecting a lesser experience at a “Ford” dealership but that wasn’t the case at all! Everything from the start, to the time I drove away from the dealership in my new black Platinum Expedition, was a GREAT experience! I live in McKinney and work in Allen but am glad to drive to Carrollton for this white glove service! I’ve only had a couple of Ford/Lincoln vehicles as I’ve mostly driven Suburbans and my last SUV was a ‘14 Toyota Platinum Sequoia. This new redesigned Expedition is the finest vehicle I’ve ever owned! The ride is like you’re floating on air, the technology rivals the Audi Q7 and the performance including mpg is truly amazing! I brought my Expedition back to have the windows tinted and worked with Vincent in the service department and he was great! They loaned me a truck to use while they were tinting my windows. Sam Pack Ford Carrollton, Christopher / Reuben Krause and the new Expedition has made for an incredible experience!! This is also my first time to write a review for a car dealership and I’ve bought over 30 vehicles. More

Great Experience buying a used Toyota I found a used Toyota Tundra online at their dealership. I drove up from Austin to buy it. When I got there Melanie told us that there was a little bi I found a used Toyota Tundra online at their dealership. I drove up from Austin to buy it. When I got there Melanie told us that there was a little bit of damage to the passenger side of the truck that they were not aware of since the Truck was off site and never on their lot. They took full responsibility for it and fixed it very quickly. I had a meeting in Dallas that week so they gave me a loaner car while the Tundra was in the shop. It was fixed a whole day earlier than expected. Overall its was a great used car buying experience. Melanie and Jeff were both great to deal with. More
