I honestly think Five Star Ford of Carrollton should consider renaming themselves Six Star Ford—that’s the level of service I experienced during my recent purchase. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. My sales representative, David Baldovin, truly went above and beyond. He provided honest guidance throughout the negotiation process and never made me feel pressured. What stood out even more is that he had already earned my trust beforehand by treating my daughter so well when she bought her first car from him. While I understand this is a business and sales are their livelihood, it was clear that customer satisfaction—and more importantly, long-term loyalty—meant more to David than simply maximizing profit on a single deal. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend giving Five Star Ford of Carrollton a call. They may take a little more time to finalize everything, but that extra care and attention make all the difference. More

This is the fourth vehicle I have bought. As usual, the purchase experience was excellent. Trey, Jared, Alexandra and Mike in Finance were all professional, friendly and very knowledgable. They made me a great deal with no back and fourth hassle. My Expedition was completed and ready for delivery as promised. I recommend Five Star Ford to everyone I visit with. Everyone in the service department has always been very accommodating as well. My business also buys all of our fleet vehicles from Trey. Love 5 star ford of Carrollton, I've been going there for approx. 3 years having my F150 serviced. I wished they were competitive with other local ford dealer service prices when it comes to servicing my tru approx. 3 years having my F150 serviced. I wished they were competitive with other local ford dealer service prices when it comes to servicing my truck. With today's inflation one would think businesses would be competitive especially when you talking about the exact same service from another Ford dealership a few miles down the road from them. As much as I dislike going to other local dealerships when it comes to saving 40 dollars for the exact service you know where I'm going. The GM of 5star needs to be competitive instead of sending their customers down the road. Update: June 27: I received a call from Ken (Service Manager) and we discussed the above review. After the discussion and the explanation of the price difference, I was pleased with the outcome of our conversation. Ken truly supported what I stated regarding their customer service and loyalty to their customers. Thank you Ken and Sam Pack's Five Star Ford for always putting the customer first. More
