So glad we went to Prestige Volvo!! We were looking for a safe, reliable and affordable car for our 17 year old son. We saw a 2017 Kia Forte5 on the website. The pictures, details, and Carfax showed us the like new condition the car was in. We met with Vinnie D'Accardi at Prestige Volvo and immediately knew I was at the right place. He was so professional and knowledgeable. He patiently showed us the car we were looking for, but also a couple of other options. There was no pressure to buy any of the cars we looked at. Vinnie took my son for a test drive even when the dealership was getting ready to close for the night. We did not feel rushed and he took the time we needed to go over the payment options that worked best for us. He advised us of the great program called Zurich Shield that Prestige Volvo offers to protect the condition of the car inside and out. Again, no pressure to purchase, but it made sense for my son. We were able to buy the car at a great price. Tina Bilokin, the sales manager helped to seal the deal and my son was able to buy his first car. She was genuinely happy for him which she expressed when she came over to congratulate him. I will definitely come back to Prestige Volvo again whether we are in need of another pre-owned car or even for a new Volvo. They are true professionals in the car business. More
