Chris answered every question I had courteously and promptly. When I went to pick up the car and turn in my old one, things went as smooth as silk. He explained everything thoroughly, including the various car features. My meeting with Jan in finance similarly went well. There are a number of add on services one can buy. Best NJ Dealer Dan helped me find a car that I checked in the internet, but the car was already sold. But he help me find a car that was even better. The car is fully-loaded, low priced, and has low-mileage. The car looks so good, i didn't even bother to test-drive. It was the easiest buy since I got my first car in 1984. When I was just about done signing, Jan, from finance, saw that I was eligible for even lower interest, which was 2.4 %. I was so thrilled. The staff was so accommodating that they waited for me to return for the car even after the dealership was closed. Vince was there making sure I was completely satisfied and we all left together at the end. The next day Dan texted me to let me know that I left my personal belonging there. They will keep it safe until I return to get my plates. What a great bunch of guys! By the way, the car runs beautifully. . More

There were 3 dealerships that had the type of car with various bells & whistles in options that I wanted. I was received by Bryan and his manager with a warm welcome and lots of listening skills. They explained thoroughly the differences in all the models, allowed me to test drive the car. That's where the outstanding service began. Bryan was extremely knowledgeable about all the options and workings of the car. He spent the time to go through every option in the car, how it works, etc. My last BMW dealership was surface selling and pushing me to close the deal and buy all these extra warranties. My experience with Bryan and the entire staff at Flemington BMW was an experience of partnership where all of my needs were heard, all of the warranties and options were explained, and they allowed me the opportunity to choose freely what was best for me without pressure or force. I have to say after visiting multiple dealers and experiencing the sales process at multiple dealerships, it was an easy choice to decide to work with and buy the car at Flemington BMW. I will be back again. because they truly earned my business with the outstanding customer service they provide their clients.
