However, sometimes when shopping for luxury vehicles certain dealerships can make you feel like they're doing you a favor by showing you their cars and/or be very pushy. This is definitely not the case with BMW Flemington and our sales professional Greg Eckert. He was very easy to deal with, makes you feel comfortable and is extremely knowledgeable about all the cars. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and takes the time to answer any and all of your questions. We were trying to decide between a couple of vehicles and he really helped us choose one by laying out all the benefits and costs of each - never pushing us to the higher cost option. Greg has followed up since the purchase to see if there was anything else he could do or if we had any questions. Pleasant, patient and productive. Ted was very patient and I am happy to say not overbearing and did not pressure me. I told him the SUV series 5 and 1 were too much car for me. I am a petite 5" older woman who can drive a larger car but prefer to drive a smaller car. I am not a fan of sedans and prefer a smaller SUV. Ted listen to me and told me he thought he had a car that would be to my liking. He explained BMW had a smaller Series 1 with low mileage and he could have it the next day for me to inspect. The minute I got in that car, I knew it was the right one for me. All my friends and relatives love this car. Thank you, Ted, for listening to my needs and fulfilling them. More
