The 5/7 Percent Solution I purchased a big 7 series sedan to drive myself half way across the country to my new job. Turns out that particular 7 series had issues, and I was I purchased a big 7 series sedan to drive myself half way across the country to my new job. Turns out that particular 7 series had issues, and I was facing a big issue to trade it in. Debra was very up front and transparent about what I was facing. Vince and Tom listened to my story, and turned a potentially rotten situation into a very good situation. I now have a brand new 5 series, which is my 7/5% solution. Noha took it from there and closed the deal quickly and efficiently. I am now a happy camper. More
