This is my 4th BMW, 2nd X5, and the Flemington BMW staff hit it out of the park again. Vince was waiting for me as I pulled up and greeted me and we had a great conversation. I sat down with Greg and I took the truck out for a test drive. Greg explained everything to me in detail and we finalized the lease. Catherine went over all the paperwork with me and made that process seamless and quick. Greg also took the time to go over everything the truck has to offer and help me set up my phone and preferred settings. I would the entire purchase experience highly. Anthony Catena was the sales person whom we worked with. He listened carefully to what we had in mind and made sound recommendations. He spent a lot of time with us when we picked up the car going through its features and explained to us in detail how to use them. Anthony kept us up-to-date throughout the process of the build of our new x3 and handled all the "details" before we arrived on the day we picked up the car. Noha Amin, the Business Manager, worked with us on financing and the final details of purchase. She was handled all the finance details quickly and accurately and wrapped up the pick-up details.
