That ruins the entire apple. I try to negotiate a few dollars off the car. He was very argumentative and standoffish in reference to my answer is no no no I can’t even come one dollar off so upon my counter offer there was no counter offer on his own matter fact, when I was trying to talk with him, he got frustrated and then all I heard was a dialtone
My recommendation never try to purchase a used car from infinity of Southbay and I’m a person has purchased over 100 vehicles in my lifetime. This is my worst experience ever with dealing with a used car manager.
