Can you please help me get the dealership to deliver my vehicle? I purchased it on July 21, 2024, and was initially told it would be ready within two days. Then, I was informed that it would take approximately two weeks due to financing through my bank. I decided to stick with my bank's financing. After 15 days, I hadn't heard anything, so I contacted the salesperson and the dealership. I even sent an email through the contact page, but received no response. I had to go to the dealership in person, and the finance department told me it could take another 30 days.
Today is August 18th, and it's been 28 days. I've already paid for insurance, received the registration from the DMV, and my bank has transferred the funds to the dealership. When I contacted the salesperson again, they said I had to wait until Monday to hear back from the finance department.
I'm about to make my first loan payment, and I still don't know when I'll get the vehicle.
John was amazing!

My issue came with the timing of the overall transaction and more importantly, the financing portion of the process. In regards to the timing, we arrived 30 minutes after Universal Nissan opened and spent the next five hours finalizing the deal. Of that time, only 30 minutes was needed to find the car, test drive it, and determine that was the one that I wanted. For the financing portion, our rep was rude (to me and the salesman), didn't openly explain much without me asking questions, and was going to give me a higher rate until I asked more questions and showed my disdain for the rate based on my high credit score. Again, the car is great, the salesman was great, but the time it took to complete the process and the financing portion of the process were horrible in my experience.
