Great experience with Four Stars Toyota! We first went to Southwest Toyota in Lawton. We were told that the outside color Storm Cloud did not exist and that we could not get gray interior. We first went to Southwest Toyota in Lawton. We were told that the outside color Storm Cloud did not exist and that we could not get gray interior. On March 1, I went to the Toyota website to see if I could order a car the way we wanted it with the colors we wanted. I put in the specifications we were looking for and sent the info to Southwest Toyota and Four Stars Toyota. I received an email on March 2 at 8:58 am from Ryan Torres. My husband and I called Ryan and told him what we were looking for, and he said he would find us the vehicle we were looking for. On March 2 at 7:00 pm I received an email with the information for a 2026 Grand Highlander with Storm Cloud exterior and gray seats, exactly what we were looking for. We called him to let him know this was the vehicle we wanted, and he said it was going to be shipped to their dealership, and he would let us know when it arrived. We received a call from Ryan yesterday, March 25, that our vehicle had arrived. We went to their dealership and drove our new vehicle off the lot in about an hour. This was the easiest transaction we have ever done for a new vehicle. Thank you, Ryan Torres, for your patience, efficiency and finding us the exact vehicle we were looking for. Ryan also enlisted Vicki's help with some tech items, and she was great as well. Thank you, Vicki, for your patience also. Thank you, Gary, for making the paperwork process very straight forward and easy. Thank you everyone for an excellent experience!!! If we are ever in need of another vehicle, we will certainly go back to Four Stars Toyota for the vehicle. More
