Marvin, was very good and professional. He did great job. When I received a call from Shane in the Finance dept I would of walked away over the deal all over his pushy antic behavior. Yo He did great job. When I received a call from Shane in the Finance dept I would of walked away over the deal all over his pushy antic behavior. You could tell after I asked him politely I preferer not to talk on speaker phone. He proceeded to tell me why he needs me on speaker phone. I'm still not sure if he took me off of speaker phone. Then he proceeds to talk about an additional warranty and gap insurance he added. When I told him no to the gap insurance and the additional warranty. His domineer on the phone was noticeably disrespectful. He proceeded to tell me that's what everyone else does and do you even know what gap insurance is? More less I never really got a good explanation on the extended warranty, beside the cost. I was just happy to get off the phone with him honestly. I would like to add I did talk to Vicki a few times and she was very professional. I would like to note Marvin had everything in order and the process during pick up was smooth and fast. I still rated 5 Stars maybe Shane just had a bad day we all have at times. More
