I literally pinch myself every time I open up the garage. The vehicle is surreal, the sales process seamless, and the fun I enjoy on my commute to work cannot be measured by any scale. At no time was she pushy or overbearing. She provided all the details I requested, and was always upfront and honest. As well, I felt that her and Vic wanted to be certain of my happiness with the complete transaction. We arrived at 6:15 pm on a Wednesday, and Chad had the car ready for us to inspect and test drive. The car was just as described, and as we worked with Chad and Vic to complete the details and paperwork, I was very impressed with their kindness and professionalism. They both stayed nearly 2 hours after closing to finish up the paperwork and get the car ready for us to drive home. I apologized for the lateness of the hour and they both told me they were happy to stay, and were glad to be of service. I was especially impressed with their attitude of service--we weren't buying an expensive car, but the way we were treated made us feel we could have been buying the most expensive car in their showroom. I would strongly encourage anyone who is looking for a vehicle to contact Foreign Cars Italia. While high-end cars are their specialty, they sell many makes and models, and are happy to work with you to find the car that will fill your needs and budget.
