During this initial discussion, I was impressed with Justin's product knowledge, communication skills and the integrity in which he presented himself and the advertised car. Absent was any hint of pressure or tactics I have experienced in past like type transactions. Through the entire process that began with that first call, Justin was easily accessible and thorough in handling my many questions regarding the more complicated (out-of-state) purchase of my dream car. Working in collaboration with Justin was Mr. Vic Harrison in finance and Jason Hausler in the service department. Together both Vic and Jason took and expertly answered all remaining questions and concerns I had. Combined Justin, Vic and Jason make up a three man team that could have given my San Diego Chargers a few lessons in teamwork before they decided to bolt for greener pastures in LA. In today's Society where advanced technology has taken over, it is refreshing to work with a team who believe in a more old-school way of conducting business. More

We took it for test drive and he let me enjoy the car while driving it. I traded in a range rover and got a pleasantly fair price on it. I've dealt with other dealerships locally and it seems that they undercut you on your trade-in and will cheat you on pricing. Rob was very straightforward and gave me a great price on my trade-in and gave me a great price on my new car. I will definitely be back. This dealership is wonderful to work with. More

Questions were answered quickly, emails returned promptly, and photos and videos sent as promised. Post sales wasn't quite as smooth. After receiving the car, I noticed some small cosmetic defects not mentioned. Now with any pre-owned car of course there is going to be some signs of use – most people probably wouldn't care. But I'm a car nut, and I specifically asked about cosmetic issues because that factors into an offer, especially one where I can't see the car firsthand. When I enquired about the possibility of receiving parts at cost, the answer was a flat out no – not even a let me see what I can do. Worse, the salesperson suggested that the defect was my own doing since he didn't see it in his examination. Hello...you're not dealing with a lowbrow customer here. There was no response from the manager, hence this review. If you're not a stickler, then you'll probably be fine. If you're in need of some post sales support, good luck. Needless to say my business with this company is concluded. More

I dealt primarily with Justin Bailey, who was very professional. My initial calls were just asking for information, which I received promptly and without pressure. It was then that I decided to fly down and see the car. Justin was kind enough to pick me up at the airport and at the dealership I was treated with respect and again without pressure!
