Also the documentation was ready when we arrived and was a quick process. Richard is very patient and knowledgable as the delivery consultant, the qualities that made sure we had a great experience and learnt the most about operating the vehicle for the first time(as a first time mercedes owner). Robert was very clear and thorough in his initial “tech review “ of the car’s features. His explanations were easy to follow and grasp. Knowing the average brain can only retain so much at one time, he pro review “ of the car’s features. His explanations were easy to follow and grasp. The fact that I can contact him or return to the dealership for additional review is important to me. As I know I will need to do so given the scope of features the car offers.
