Awesome maintenance on my vehicle almost 18 years I have a 1996 4Runner and have brought it to Maita for most of the years I have had it. It is the best car ever and I believe that can be attributed t I have a 1996 4Runner and have brought it to Maita for most of the years I have had it. It is the best car ever and I believe that can be attributed to the quality service. I know dealerships may not be the most inexpensive option however the consistent service I have received and the reliability of my car for all these years speaks to the awesome work this place does. The worst waste of money ever and time I don't recommend this dealer to nobody I have to take a hit on the dealers mistake I was told they have the part for recall a few hours later they ca I don't recommend this dealer to nobody I have to take a hit on the dealers mistake I was told they have the part for recall a few hours later they call me saying they don't have the part. That means waste of gas and wear and tear on my vehicle plus time in the end is money down the drain. The dealer mess it up big time. Not to mention the automated system did not let me post the first review so who ever reads this post keep in mind that where trying to keep the truth hidden. More

Confidence Maita was recommended to me by a friend when I purchased my used 4Runner in 2010. I’ve found them consistently thorough and honest. They’ve always d Maita was recommended to me by a friend when I purchased my used 4Runner in 2010. I’ve found them consistently thorough and honest. They’ve always done quality work (I don’t have to return with the same problem). My 4Runner has been extremely reliable, but Maita Service has been quick to diagnose accurately the few issues I’ve encountered. I’ve also found their staff of service advisers totally professional, courteous and helpful in making both wise AND economical decisions when determining if/when a repair or maitanance is necessary. Bob Picci is my favorite adviser, but you’ll have a great experience no matter who serves you. Terrific waiting area, rental cars if needed- love this place. More

My current car was purchased in 1999 in the Bay Area, and I moved to Sacramento in 2000. I have not had this car serviced anywhere else, as I have been very pleased with the maintenance performed on my car; and with the great customer service. I work an early shift at work. Many times I have brought my car in the day before a service appointment, pick up a rental car (at a very inexpensive rate), and then receive a call at work the next day saying my car has been serviced and ready to be picked up. Maintenance and repair I would have given a 5 star however, the concern over the noise coming from my drivers window was not satisfactory. I have taken it back numerous times and still get the same response. I know it’s a Toyota brand issue but I would think that the service department would be better at attempting to solve the problem.
