I greatly enjoy bringing my mazda for service to Davis. They are always very transparent about what repair needs to be done and which is optional and can wait. They are fast, fair-priced and friendly, a rare but not an impossible combination. Tried to have my vehicle serviced under warranty and for a recall but Davis Mazda had to reschedule my appointment three times due to lack qualified technicians who can perform the task. They also could not fix one of my warranty issues and I was told Mazda is aware of the problem but the Dealer did not have a fix. . Finally, I reported another unrelated warranty issue they could not duplicate, but I still experienced the same problem the next day. Not a good experience overall but they/Mazda did provide a loaner car.. More
