The key members of the team that I worked with are the following: Felicia Richardson was the first person that reached out to me once I made an internet request and she was friendly and very helpful. I then worked more closely with Maurico Mosquera, from the Management Team, who was very friendly, respectful, very attentive, and accommodating, and was willing to work with me to come up with a reasonable price for my CRV which helped me to choose Millenium over other dealerships that I was considering. Carlos Rodriguez was the Sales Person that walked me through the process once I arrived at the dealership, and Carlos made every step comfortable and smooth and he made us feel like a part of his family-he was such a pleasure, very friendly and knowledgable and it was such a pleasure to have him be our guide at the dealership. And then Tyronne Hill assisted us in the Finance Office --Tyrone was also great- he assisted us in getting a better rate than the one my bank was offering through a pre-approval, and we felt he was very informative but not pushy or pressuring us to choose any particular services through the Dealer. Overall a very positive experience, and I truly recommend Millenium Honda for your car buying needs! More
