Every person I encountered on my first visit to the dealership and throughout the sales process were all very accommodating and helpful. I spent a total of 10 minutes finalizing the purchase price and dealership and throughout the sales process were all very accommodating and helpful. I spent a total of 10 minutes finalizing the purchase price and sealing the deal with Tyler. He made the transaction and delivery of the vehicle as easy as it could be for me. Most confusing car purchase i have ever done. Salesman Tyler was knowledgeable and effective, It was down hill from there, the finance man was rude and condescending. I don't feel he adequately explained the numbers at all. I had to ask him for my bill of sale and other papers, he was sending me home empty handed. When car arrived from Jim Butler Centralia mo...the A/C wasn't working. There was no freon and this is a new car. I'm sure many people had been involved with this car at this point and no one knew it was 90 degrees plus... So a courier brought it to the house after it was fixed, when he took dealer plates off, there were no temp tags ( could this be the responsibility of fiance guy, i think so) so courier had to go back to dealership to get such tags. So that is the explanation why they got such a low rating. More
