I completely lost my trust in this dealership and that's after buying our last two vehicles from Mel Hambelton and having them serviced there for 10 years. I found out yesterday that a customer's life and after buying our last two vehicles from Mel Hambelton and having them serviced there for 10 years. I found out yesterday that a customer's life and the life of his family, isn't worth 2/32" when it comes to honoring a "tires for life" contract, especially with winter weather conditions approaching. Lucky for me and my family, Don Hatton Ford of Augusta is much closer and more honorable. I'm not blaming the service advisor; he was just scared to do the right thing and consult the service manager about the situation. Customer service really means nothing after all!! As it turns out, the "tires for life" program that was in effect when I bought my truck was just another phony sales pitch, the dealership used to make a sale. I purchased new tires for my F-150 on my way home after I left Quick Lane, as it was never about the cost savings as much as it is about the principle. I hated to give this dealership one star for a rating, but there was nothing lower to choose from. I won't ever go back to Mel Hambelton and will advise anyone that asks, to do the same. More

Appointments mean nothing, walk-ins will be served before you. Work times mean nothing, 2hr brake jobs will be 4+hrs. Pricing means nothing, your bill will be higher than they quote. Condition means nothing, you brand new low mileage vehicle will need an ever lengthening list of products and services regardless. This place is awful. If you're slow, at least be awesome. If your not very good, at least be fast. Taking forever to deliver on shoddy work causing more damage than you address is simply unacceptable. Avoid this place. More
