When my tire was punctured I initially called Dzmitry to get direction on how to handle the repair. Dzmitry is always very helpful and great to work with! Tyler gave me input before my appointment and actually had me come in before the time I scheduled online so he could look at the tire and get the replacement started sooner. I like this dealership and have been only servicing my Tiguan at Brookdale VW since I purchased it here in 2019. Is it overpriced? Absolutely, but I like knowing the service is done accurately.
